Course Signup Form and Payment

To register for the upcoming childbirth education course:

  • Submit the form on this page.
     

  • Secure your seat: The cost is $350. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit that counts towards the total cost. To secure your seat now for the course, you can pay in full ($350) or the $50 deposit. If you only pay the deposit, the rest of the course fee is due by Friday, January 8, 2027. 
     

  • How to pay: Payment can be made to Body Literate Birth's Venmo Business account. Search "blbirth" on Venmo or scan the QR code below. I will send you an email to confirm payment receipt. If you need another payment method, please reach out to emma@blbirth.com.
